Yes. It depends on what type of message you’re referring to.
If you mean Listeo’s private messaging system (when one user sends another a message), then:
SMS: Listeo includes an SMS Notifications add-on that can send SMS for several events (bookings, reviews, listings, OTP verification, etc.) using providers such as Twilio. However, private chat message notifications are not listed as a built-in SMS trigger.
WhatsApp: Listeo does not have built-in WhatsApp notifications for private messages.
If you want WhatsApp notifications for new messages
You have a few options:
Custom development (recommended)Hook into the event that fires when a new Listeo message is created.
Send a WhatsApp message through the WhatsApp Cloud API or Twilio WhatsApp.
This is the cleanest solution.
